Knight Manufacturing's Hydrostatic Testing Unit is a highly efficient production-oriented system that quickly and safely pressurizes tubing and premium connections up to 20,000 psi in accordance with API test standards. The testing unit, with its robust construction for demanding oilfield use, only requires one operator, has an enclosed safety cage with limit switch, automatically loads/off-loads pipe and performs thread make-up, The hydrostatic testing unit has a user-friendly control station and contains additional safety features such as a pipe lock-down mechanism and "safety yellow" painted moving parts. Water is recycled after each test and reports for each pipe tested are easily transferrable. Testing is machine controlled and test data is captured to ensure traceability and compl...
Test unit is for 5 cylinders at a post.Testing pressure is 35 bar.
The hydrostatic test or leak test can locate leaks, verify performance or confirm the strength and durability of the pressure vessels that undergo testing. Laboratory Testing Inc. performs hydrostatic pressure testing on tubing, pipe and coils to pressures up to 10,000 PSI.
STATS patented Pipe End Plugs are used primarily in construction and fabrication of the oil, gas and petrochemical industries to cap open ended pipe, pipe spools or piping systems facilitating hydrostatic leak and strength tests. STATS E-PEPs™ are fitted to the pipe end and hydraulically actuated, gripping the pipe externally. The introduction of hydraulic set pressure activates a mechanical lock assembly that grips the OD of the pipe whilst simultaneously energising an elastomeric seal in the ID. This allows the pipework to be pressure tested with minimum preparation to the pipe end and no remedial work after removal. A through port allows the system to be filled and pressurised or vented through the E-PEP™. To remove the E-PEP™ from the pipe end, hydraulic pressure is applied to the uns...
The equipment is designed for the hydraulic testing of high pressure cylinders and fire extinguishers.
ERIKS Hose Technology are please to show their new hydrostatic hose testing rig. This unit is designed to pressure test hoses of any size, from just 5 PSI to over 20,000 PSI. The unit is also equipped with a computerised monitoring system that continuously displays the pressure being applied to the hose. Upon completion of the the test the system then prints off a computerised test certificate that also includes a graph of the hose during its test.
STATS In-Line Weld Test Tools are commonly used during the maintenance and modification of piping or process equipment, enabling localised pressure testing. Inserted into the piping or equipment component to be tested, In-Line Weld Test Tools provide a fast and efficient method of verifying the integrity of butt welds, joints or other welded pipe components. In-Line Weld Test Tools can also be used to provide a verified barrier against the migration of flammable or harmful vapours, allowing hot work activities to take place safely. Available in sizes from 3in to 36in as standard. For more information visit - http://www.statsgroup.com/

Reed hydrostatic test pumps are designed for pressure testing water systems such as water meters, plumbing lines, pressure vessels, solar systems and sprinkler systems, in both residential and commercial buildings. The output pressure is easily adjusted simply by turning a knob and watching the attached gauge. A built-in bypass allows for automatic water recirculation once the set pressure is reached. The hose-to-pump connection features a quick disconnect with built-in check valve, which allows for convenient setup and portability. Each test pump includes a high pressure EHTPOUTHOSE for filling the system. Reed offers both 110V and 220V models, along with a drill-powered unit. Electric pumps have a frequency of 50/60 Hz. The DPHTP500 uses a 1/2" chuck on a corded drill or a cordless dril...
At Southern California Gas Company, safety is our highest priority so we routinely conduct tests designed to measure that pipeline segments are sound, often referred to as “Pipeline Integrity.” One of the common methods for checking pipeline integrity is the hydrostatic pressure test. This video explains how hydrostatic pressure testing is conducted and how it contributes to pipeline integrity.

STATS Axial Weld Tension Tools are available as a safe and efficient means of locally proving the leak tightness and structural soundness of welded, cold formed and mechanical-grip type pipe fittings. Axial Weld Tension Tools provide independent test boundaries which support the testing requirements of the ASME Boiler and Pressure vessel code and equivalent universal codes and directives that stipulate the verification of structural integrity of a system repair or modification. Axial Weld Tension Tools eliminate the need to flood and pressurise the entire piping system, eliminating the exposure of the existing system to a proof test pressure. Localised testing eliminates the need to dispose of a large volume of potentially contaminated test fluids. STATS Axial Weld Tension Tools are safe...

My latest project was to build a test bench to drive hydrostic wheel motors after we rebuild them at our new re-man facility. The machine allows us to release the spring applied/hydraulic release park brake. We can then drive the motors in both directions, change speeds, measure case drain flow, leak check and apply the dynamic brake. This ensures the rebuild was successful before we release the product to our customers.
